Hi there on this Wednesday Morning. I thought I'd share this easy card today using the acrylic block technique. I have shared various projects like this using this technique it's very useful for quick card making.
I took an acrylic block first covering it with various distress inks. I chose 3 different colours ( not being to careful were you transfer it on the block ) I spritzed the ink covered block with water, allow it to disperse a little then stamp on to cardstock.
Allow to dry or use a heat gun for quickness. I stamped my image onto my finished stamped background and coloured it in.
I chose this dreamcatcher stamp as my main image and this little sentiment stamped underneath.
A quick card for a beginner starting out on stamping.
Thanks for calling in

Corner pop-up card.
Hi there on this very dull Friday afternoon. I have 2 cards to share with you today featuring the hobby house collection Hopeful which i was working on last time. I wanted to do a different card fold for my next project so I looked on pinerest to found some ideas and came across this corner pop up card.
If you would like to have a go at this card Click here. The instructions are easy to follow and well worth a visit.
I used all the tiny scraps of card for the first project because i didn't realise it was going to fold into such a small card so i made another larger one from a 12×12in sheet of card which worked well enabling me to put a topper on.
I hope you like the cards.
Next time I will share another folded card with you using the same collection.
Until next time.
Love

Hopeful.
Hi there wishing you a very late Happy new year to you all. I thought I'd go for something easy to ease myself back into crafting again...so I chose to get my crafting juices flowing with this cute card making kit from Hobby House which I purchased last year called Hopeful, the topper sheet, patterned card and gorgeous embellishments make this a beautiful collection.
A inspirational ideas sheet is provided in the kit which I found really handy but you can use the kit to fuel your own imagination to make different projects which I will share with you as I go along.
I have used some of my own craft stash but most of it is from the kit.
Hope you enjoy looking at my cards l love to share all my ideas.
Until the next time.
